A low-impact workout combining Ballet, Pilates and Yoga principles using props such as the ballet barre, resistance bands and matwork to create a routine of fat burning interval training, muscle sculpting isometrics, and dance conditioning to create long lean muscles. Barre Forme is designed to specifically tackle those common problem areas including the waist, thighs, butt, and back of the arms all while enhancing posture and core support The structure of the workout is to target various muscle groups working them to the point of fatigue followed by a deep stretch which creates that lean "dancer" silhouette.
*We are now offering an Advanced Barre Forme class on Thursday evenings for students with more experience.
